2. Account & Reservations

You must sign in with a Google account and verify your phone number to make reservations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Reservations are subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & No-Shows

You may cancel a reservation at any time before the scheduled start time. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary restrictions on your ability to make reservations.

4. Conduct

You agree to use our facilities respectfully. Any damage to equipment, disruptive behavior, or violation of local laws may result in removal from the premises and account suspension.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on our Prices page and may change without notice. Payment is made on-site. Reservations do not require advance payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Peak Gaming is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability of the reservation system.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
